How to make a Pinata [Part of the 8th International Collage Exchange
programme] |
|
The middle piñata is modeled on the head of Don Brash, the leader of New Zealand’s opposition party, the National Party. A lucky strike of this head would produce goodies like tax cuts and possible chops to the welfare system. Underpants have been known to feature in the NZ political scene. One ex-Labour MP was revealed to have spent public money on expensive boxers, whilst the don himself ‘fessed that whilst Governor of the Reserve Bank of NZ, he washed his underpants in hotel wash-basins whilst on business trip. |
